At Tzohara Naturals, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care and quality ingredients. Because our items are made in small batches and for personal use, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a replacement or store credit:

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on used products due to hygiene reasons

• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact your local carrier in those cases)
